Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strategic, value-driven partnerships with automotive clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders, helping unlock ROI and adoption of the UVeye platform while delivering measurable results.

You will train customers, drive ROI, and cultivate champions across multiple accounts, with on-site responsibilities and ~50% travel. This role offers growth opportunities as the company expands across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Manager, or similar role in Automotive SaaS.
• 3+ years experience working within a dealership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Strong rapport-building and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort with fast-paced, changing environments.
• Technical aptitude with dashboards, analytics, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate customers on UVeye usage and system integration.
• Deliver ROI and value for customers by consulting their business with UVeye.
• Build strong client relationships to create UVeye champions.
• Identify business goals, pain points, and opportunities for UVeye.
• Analyze account statistics and educate clients to drive performance.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios with additional solutions.
