Job description

At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of AI-powered vehicle inspection systems, combining computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI.

With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, JLR, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is deployed across manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, fleets, and seaports worldwide. Named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2026, our 300+ global employees are solutions-oriented, accountable, and driven by one shared goal: making roads safer for everyone.

The Director of Accounts, Car Rental will be the link between UVeye and one or more car rentals to ensure all their needs are being met and satisfied with the relationship and services being provided. The car rental account manager constantly works to brainstorm new ways to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients and look for ways to expand the partnership/relationship.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for our car rental client(s), establishing and developing long-lasting, trusted relationships with decision-makers at all levels and across relevant functions.
  • Own the overall account strategy for each assigned customer, defining the multi-threaded engagement plan, value roadmap, and executive alignment needed to grow and retain the account.
  • Provide strong internal leadership across Operations, Product, R&D, and other key stakeholders, ensuring teams are aligned on customer priorities, commitments, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of the customer strategy, bringing together the right internal teams, establishing clear ownership and priorities, and driving accountability through completion.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating customer needs, business objectives, and feedback into actionable priorities while balancing customer expectations with business and product capabilities.
  • Lead account planning and execution by setting clear objectives, success metrics, stakeholder maps, and quarterly priorities, and ensuring internal and external stakeholders remain aligned against the plan.
  • Identify opportunities for additional deployments, product development, or expanded partnerships with customers and build actionable plans to move those opportunities forward.
  • Create and align cross-divisional customer strategies with customer stakeholders and internal business and product teams.
  • Proactively monitor the health of the customer relationship, identify risks or areas requiring escalation, and lead internal coordination to develop and execute appropriate action plans.
  • Measure, monitor, and influence customer targets and strategies, and lead monthly and/or quarterly business reviews.
  • Help customers maximize the value they receive from UVeye’s products and the overall partnership, including identifying opportunities for platform education, training, and increased adoption.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed to strengthen relationships and support key onboarding, deployment, training, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and support other strategic projects as assigned.
