Mill Rock Packaging in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Strategic Customer Service & Planning Coordinator to coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery. You will act as the main contact for customers and internal partners, manage orders in the ERP, and collaborate with Sales, Prepress, Production, and Quality to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

This role emphasizes accurate work orders, production estimates, and KPI-focused efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years supporting manufacturing operations in customer service or planning.
• Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and order accuracy responsibilities.
• Ability to align production goals with internal teams and customers.
• Problem-solving skills to maintain schedules amid delays.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process orders for Vendor Managed Inventory using ERP tools.
• Enter and manage customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage daily order activity and expectations.
• Verify artwork, lead times, shipping details, and requirements with customers.
• Monitor open orders and job statuses for timely delivery.
• Create accurate work orders and job packets from specs.
• Review orders and estimates to resolve discrepancies quickly.
