Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Customer Engineer, Senior Consultant).
• Demonstrable track record of owning technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with strategic customers.
• Build deep knowledge of customer architecture and use cases.
• Drive product integration and manage technical alignments.
