Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience within Cavco or 5–7+ years in talent/program management.
• Experience leading multi-site initiatives and decentralized teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale One Cavco delivery across all segments with standardized curriculum and onboarding.
• Collaborate with local leadership to ensure consistent One Cavco adoption and messaging.
• Provide ELT advisory with data-driven training solutions to drive organizational change.
• Drive enrollment strategies for Homes For Our Own (HFOO) and financial literacy programs.
• Partner with operations to bridge back-end program operations and front-end awareness.
• Expand cross-plant education outreach on financial education and homeownership.
• Enhance Cavcommunity visibility and employee recognition programs.
