Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO to shape the vision, operations, and execution of the Office of the CTO (OCTO). You will lead the OCTO team to drive strategic initiatives, including enterprise-wide AI enablement and platform migrations, across a global Technology organization.

Reporting to the CTO, you will manage high-level organizational design, negotiate with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment between Technology, Functional, and Business leaders to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in fast-paced technology, product management, or strategy operations environments.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable technology OKRs.
• Experience as a key decision maker and proxy to C-suite executives, managing multi-million dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and technology strategy with CTO and tech leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs and drive execution for major strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic advisory, briefings, and talking points for high-profile meetings.
• Design and automate operating cadences, reporting, and governance for the technology org.
• Build and develop the OCTO team with coaching and training across the company.
