Job summary

Securin is seeking a highly strategic Product Manager to own the roadmap for high-impact cybersecurity features. You will work with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executives to deliver best-in-class solutions that drive customer value and business growth.

You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborate across teams, and relentlessly focus on metrics, user feedback, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications; MBA advantageous.
• 6+ years in product management, SaaS/B2B focus preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven success leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity or tech industries.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering teams.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decisions.
• Understanding of time/space complexity modeling.
• Designed and implemented unified data models across heterogeneous systems.
• Experience in high-growth or startup settings.
• Knowledge of GenAI and LLM in cybersecurity contexts.
• Familiarity with applying regulatory frameworks to product design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define bold product vision and translate needs into a roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and executives to deliver features on time.
• Deeply understand customer problems via research, analytics, and feedback.
• Mentor the product team and elevate product management practices.
• Define success metrics and optimize for customer and business impact.
