Job summary

Daloopa, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Manager for our asset-management clients in New York. You’ll own the post‑sale journey for hedge funds, mutual funds and asset managers, guiding onboarding, adoption, and measurable impact of our AI-powered data platform.

Work with a cross‑functional team to ensure retention and expansion, and engage senior stakeholders with clear, compelling value demonstrations. Hybrid in‑office presence in NYC required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience running a CSM book, preferably in financial services.
• Commercial mindset with focus on churn risk and expansion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with AI tools to enhance client success.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of buy-side accounts (hedge funds, mutual funds, asset managers).
• Guide onboarding and adoption, driving measurable impact.
• Partner with Account Executives to generate expansion opportunities.
• Run quarterly business reviews and articulate value to clients.
• Collaborate with Product/Operations to reflect customer insights.
