Job summary

Daloopa in New York City is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the post-sales champion for buy-side clients, guiding onboarding and adoption to ensure measurable impact. You will learn sophisticated investment workflows and influence product usage while driving retention and expansion.

You’ll collaborate with a talented team, prioritize accounts with management, and elevate the customer success motion. Some onsite client meetings are included, with limited travel outside NY.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience running a CSM book in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience with equity research workflows and analyst collaborations.
• Commercial mindset recognizing churn and expansion as intertwined.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of buy-side accounts (hedge funds, mutual funds, asset managers).
• Drive product adoption and renewal through trusted advisor approach.
• Identify churn risk and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to generate expansion opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value.
