Job summary

Daloopa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our New York City hybrid team.

You’ll be the post-sales champion for sell-side clients, including equity research teams and investment banks, guiding onboarding and ensuring measurable impact with our AI-powered platform. You’ll expand adoption, drive retention, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap, while partnering with Sales on upsell opportunities and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Prior CSM experience in enterprise sell-side or financial services clients.
• Deep understanding of equity research workflows or related processes.
• Experience advising customers on AI workflows and integrations.
• Strong organization and multi-account management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Finance certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at strategic sell-side clients to drive platform adoption.
• Deliver tailored success plans and drive consistent platform usage across accounts.
• Advise clients on integrating Daloopa AI tools into their tech stack.
• Monitor account health and provide structured feedback to shape the roadmap.
• Drive customer advocacy through references and case studies.
• Collaborate to refine onboarding, retention, and expansion processes.
• Own retention and surface upsell opportunities with Sales.
