Qualifications

• 4+ yrs CSM (B2B SaaS) experience.
• Strong account management skills and data fluency.
• Empathy with executive presence in client interactions.
• Bilingual Arabic & English required to support global customers.

• Build success plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
