Qualifications

• Five or more years of external audit or assurance experience.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent designation.
• Strong understanding of audit/workflows and tech adoption.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer workflows.
• Experience advising stakeholders from partners to practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation success for strategic customers.
• Drive product adoption using insights and data.
• Develop customer-specific success plans linked to outcomes.
• Identify use cases and enable adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Conduct business reviews and health checks to track value.
• Collaborate with Account Management to deepen usage.
• Provide guidance to evolve audit/assurance workflows.
• Coordinate Caseware resources to protect value realization.
