Job summary

ChipAgents is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the technical success of our top-tier semiconductor accounts. You will be the primary technical contact and trusted advisor, collaborating with Business Development, Applications Engineering, and R&D to ensure customer success and to influence the product roadmap.

You will drive adoption by understanding each customer's design and verification workflows, triaging issues with R&D, and helping shape how engineers benefit from AI-powered RTL

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in EDA, semiconductor design, or a customer-facing technical role at an EDA or chip company.
• Hands-on background in RTL design, simulation, or verification; understand chip development flow.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for top-tier semiconductor accounts, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
• Work with Account managers to develop customer success plans and strategic growth plans.
• Drive adoption by understanding each customer's design and verification workflow and where ChipAgents can help.
• Triage and prioritize customer technical issues, surfacing bugs and delivering fixes with R&D.
• Run Technical Review Meetings and Management Review Meetings with engineering leads to align on objectives and roadmap.
• Voice the customer internally, feeding field learnings back to product, research, and engineering.
