Job summary

First Western Trust is seeking a Project Manager with business analyst responsibilities to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, translating business needs into actionable outcomes and engaging with partners to define requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to business analysis responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in both waterfall and agile project environments.
• CAPM or Scrum Master certification preferred (within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, and dependencies, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, generate leadership updates, and maintain project documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into clear project deliverables and support solution design by ensuring alignment between requirements and technical execution.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), maintain traceability of requirements, and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
