Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Cross Functional Producer to drive design and marketing initiatives, manage end-to-end projects, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

You will build workback schedules, mitigate risks, lead reviews, and optimize workflows while exploring AI-enabled processes to accelerate delivery. This role emphasizes speed, teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an integrated or cross functional producer or program manager in a dynamic design, marketing or creative setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Understanding of managing project financials and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of licensing and clearance processes.
• Understanding of the creative development process, production workflows, and digital asset creation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Slack, Monday, Figma)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles by establishing workback schedules, stakeholders, project documentation, version history / control and Slack channel organization.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, set clear expectations across all teams, communicate roadblocks, and serve as the main point of contact for the project.
• Facilitate communication, lead meetings with agendas and action items, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Source and manage vendor partners including procurement, bid negotiations, rights and usage, drafting Master Service Agreements / Statements of Work and tracking invoicing through fund release and budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate directly with the functional producers who manage brand design, video, web, events, industrial design and product design workflows.
• Build strong rapport with the department and cross functional partners, providing clarity, decision and vision in ambiguous situations.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements including AI integrations for efficiency, speed and output multipliers.
