Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Cross Functional Producer to support our Design and Marketing teams in Sunnyvale.

You’ll shepherd product and partnership announcements, manage schedules, approvals, and ensure on-time delivery with top quality while coordinating with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in integrated production or program management, strong communication, vendor management, and familiarity with Slack,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as an integrated or cross functional producer, program manager, or in a similar role within a dynamic design, marketing or creative setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• A clear understanding of managing project financials and vendor relationships.
• Proven knowledge of licensing and clearance processes.
• A solid understanding of the creative development process, encompassing design principles, production workflows, digital asset creation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software (e.g., Slack, Monday, Figma)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles by establishing workback schedules, stakeholders, project documentation, version history / control and Slack channel organization
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, set clear expectations across all teams, communicate roadblocks, and serve as the main point of contact for the project
• Facilitate communication, lead meetings with agendas and action items, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Source and manage vendor partners as needed including procurement, bid negotiations, rights and usage as applicable, drafting Master Service Agreements / Statements of Work and tracking invoicing through fund release and budget reconciliation
• Coordinate directly with the functional producers who are managing brand design, video, web, events, industrial design and product design workflows respectively
• Build strong rapport with the department as well as cross functional partners, serving as a beacon of clarity, decision and vision in ambiguous circumstances
• Identify and implement workflow improvements including AI integrations for efficiency, speed and output multipliers
