Accenture PLC in California seeks an Associate Integrated Producer to support film, photography, interactive, digital, and social content across client programs. You will work with producers, creatives, and account teams, progressively owning workstreams while leveraging AI-assisted production where appropriate.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and approvals across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production or related field within a creative environment.
• Experience across film, photography, interactive, digital, and social content.
• Knowledge of scoping, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, vendor coordination, rights usage.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI image or video tools and prompting.

Responsibilities

• Research and study past productions to understand terminology and workflows.
• Support projects from brief to final delivery across multiple channels.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, estimates, reporting, billing, and asset tracking.
• Build knowledge of agency capabilities, client businesses, channels, and AI platforms.
• Develop knowledge of partners, vendors, and production schedules.
• Participate in shoots, recordings, installations, and activations as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with creative, strategy, account, media, and production teams.
• Prepare agendas, production docs, status updates, and notes for meetings.
• Research approaches, talent, locations, formats, and new technologies.
• Support internal and lower-complexity projects (case studies, mood films, social assets).
• Assist AI-assisted creation by refining prompts and assets within workflows.
• Test generative AI models and share practical findings with the team.
• Maintain consistency across deliverables by tracking specs, approvals, and usage.
• Adhere to administrative systems, financial controls, and responsible AI practices.
