• Excellent communicator and presenter with MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the global herbicide portfolio strategy for mid- and long-term horizons, including marketing initiatives, new product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
• Drive and optimize the financial performance of assigned herbicide assets and brands.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and procurement for capacity planning, cost optimization, and global allocation when needed.
• Represent the product in cross-functional forums and global marketing councils with updates on portfolio strategies and progress.
• Provide market insights to R&D for discovery targets and development projects aligned with future customer needs.
