Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of crisis management experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain security clearances. Expect engagement across programs and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of crisis management or emergency preparedness experience.
• Experience developing emergency response plans and proactive crisis preparedness.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and obtain security clearances.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR/EAR access.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, writing, and implementation of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs).
• Support development of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for critical events.
• Help coordinate training sessions and drills for crisis scenarios.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, Legal, HR, Operations, and Engineering.
• Support crisis response during incidents to minimize downtime and risks.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies within ERPs.
