Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a dedicated Crisis Management Lead within our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) organization to strengthen crisis preparedness and response capabilities.

You will support the development and implementation of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), collaborating with Facilities, Corporate Security, Legal, HR, Operations and Engineering to align plans with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of crisis management or emergency preparedness experience.
• Ability to understand and contribute to ERPs and crisis response goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR/EAR access.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, writing, and implementation of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and protocols.
• Support the development of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for critical events.
• Coordinate and conduct training and drills for crisis scenarios.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Corporate Security, Legal, HR, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate responses during incidents to minimize downtime and confusion.
• Assist with risk assessments and mitigation within ERPs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to communication management for emergencies with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of crisis framework, playbooks, ERPs and EAPs.
• Coordinate with EH&S colleagues to reflect site-specific hazards.
