Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Crisis Management Lead to strengthen our EH&S framework in Washington, DC. You will help develop ERP and EAP plans, coordinate cross-functional drills, and support incident responses to ensure safety and continuity of operations.

You will work with Facilities, Security, Legal, HR, and Engineering to align crisis plans with company goals and regulatory requirements while obtaining necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of crisis management, emergency preparedness, or related incident response experience.
• Ability to contribute to ERP and EAP development with a proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR/EAR access.

Responsibilities

• Support Emergency Response Plan development, writing, and implementation.
• Assist with clear, actionable Emergency Action Plans for incidents.
• Coordinate training sessions and tabletop exercises for crisis scenarios.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, Legal, HR, Operations, and Engineering.
• Coordinate crisis responses to minimize downtime and follow playbooks.
• Identify and analyze risks and support ERP/EAP mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for crisis management practices and plans.
• Help establish and test clear emergency communications with stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing updates of the Crisis Management framework and playbooks.
