Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Crisis Management Lead within the Environmental Health & Safety group to strengthen emergency readiness and response capabilities. You will help develop and implement ERPs and EAPs, aligning with federal, state, and local regulations, while coordinating with Facilities, Security, Legal, HR, and Operations to reduce risk and protect operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Emergency Management, EHS, Security Management or related).
• 3–5 years of crisis management, emergency preparedness, or related incident response experience.
• Ability to develop and contribute to Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• Strong written and verbal communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, writing, and implementing Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and related protocols.
• Support the development and refinement of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• Coordinate training sessions and tabletop exercises to institutionalize response protocols.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Corporate Security, Legal, HR, Operations, and Engineering on crisis plans.
• Assist with crisis management support during incidents to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies within ERPs and EAPs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for crisis management practices and plans.
• Help establish clear communication channels for emergency situations.
• Support continuous improvement of the Crisis Management framework and playbooks.
• Coordinate with EH&S teams to reflect site-specific hazards in crisis plans.
