Job summary

CrossState Credit Union Association is seeking a self-starting Credit Union Relationship Executive to identify credit union needs and deliver consultative business solutions that support member success and organizational growth. This hybrid role involves travel across Pennsylvania and partnering with the Director of Solutions Engagement to engage current and prospective members as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications or related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, or related field.
Strong knowledge of the credit union industry, operations, and KPI's.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned credit unions through proactive engagement.
Partner with credit unions to understand goals and KPIs, and align with offerings.
Promote and present products and services using a consultative approach to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Manage and maintain accurate data, and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
