Job summary

The CEO will partner with the Board and Senior Management to set strategic goals, deploy new technologies, and drive member growth. A business-related degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least 15 years in executive leadership; CUSO/M&A exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in an executive-level position.
• Experience with Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) and/or Mergers & acquisitions preferred.
• Strong strategic mindset and execution track record.
