Ladders is seeking a Credit Risk Review - Strategic Insight Team Manager to guide the operating model, governance, and strategic direction for a credit risk review function within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $128,000 to $268,000 annually, reflecting senior leadership responsibilities in risk oversight and reporting, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit review, or related disciplines preferred
• Demonstrated success leading complex strategy or risk governance functions required
• Experience designing or rebuilding an operating model or governance framework strongly preferred
• Direct credit risk review or loan-review leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the operating model and governance framework for the credit risk review function
• Establish the strategic agenda and translate priorities into initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Oversee strategic planning, risk assessment, and capacity analysis
• Own performance-management infrastructure and monitor execution against plans
• Lead risk intelligence and management-reporting capabilities
• Provide oversight of quality verification to strengthen methodology and execution
• Serve as business sponsor for tools and data solutions, advancing automation and AI
