Job summary

Reece USA is hiring a Credit Account Manager to support the accounts receivable portfolio, focusing on credit, collection, and customer communication. You will review credit limits, monitor aging, and coordinate with branches to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have prior collection or credit experience in wholesale or manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior collection or credit experience in a similar industry (distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, construction).
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information from customers and credit services.
• Approve credit limits within authority and review aging accounts.
• Conduct collection calls and process lien waivers.
• Follow lien/bond filing dates and ensure collectability of AR portfolio.
• Coordinate with regional/branch teams on disputes and collections.
• Visit customers and branches as needed.
