Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead accounts receivable, credit risk, collections, and cash application. You will supervise AR, Collections, Cash Application, and Customer Deduction teams, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate reporting across SAP and Oracle.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Treasury, and Finance to optimize cash flow, reduce bad debt, and support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive AR, credit, and collections experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Manufacturing, building products, industrial, or distribution experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Working capital and cash flow management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, Collections, Cash Application, and Customer Deduction teams.
• Direct daily AR operations across SAP and Oracle platforms.
• Monitor aging, collections, disputes, deductions, and cash application.
• Prepare AR, collections, and bad debt reporting.
• Establish KPIs and service levels; promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Treasury, and Finance.
