Qualifications

• Solid accounts receivable knowledge; construction industry preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer account statements; follow up on invoices.
• Identify and resolve payment issues and disputes through relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide updates to billing team to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Maintain detailed tracking of invoice progress, aging, and customer updates.
• Analyze aging invoices and cash flow to support financial targets.
• Produce weekly/monthly AR and aging reports for management.
