Job summary

Thesis, a leading nootropics company, seeks a Director of Partnerships & PR to scale creator relations and drive customer acquisition across Thesis and Stasis. You will lead a small team, expand high‑impact partnerships, and own the activation, compensation, and renewal strategies.

You'll also own PR efforts, collaborate with scientists and regulatory teams, and apply AI thoughtfully to improve speed and quality of work. Hybrid work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creator or influencer partnerships with measurable customer acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills for deals, rights, and renewals.
• Proven ability to scale partnerships and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own creator partnerships strategy with growth and profitability as primary goals.
• Lead negotiations and activation plans across social, YouTube, podcasts, and health partnerships.
• Oversee PR and earned media programs and manage agency relationships.
• Partner with science/regulatory teams to translate information into partner content.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for sourcing, briefing, analytics, and execution.
