• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through closing deals and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
• Evangelize and educate prospective partners on the influence and performance of WME’s clients across YouTube and other leading platforms.
• Develop and execute systematic, personalized prospecting strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of outbound meetings (15+ per week).
• Create and implement sales plans designed to exceed ambitious, yet achievable, revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships with brand and agency partners, positioning WME upstream in the creator partnerships ecosystem.
• Collaborate across the WME Group ecosystem - partnering with agents, campaign managers, and cross‑functional teams - to deliver best‑in‑class results.
• Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and resources, helping shape the playbook for content integration sales at WME.
• Deliver compelling, executive‑level presentations that clearly articulate the value of WME’s clients, challenging conventional approaches with confidence.
