Job summary

ZURU Edge Limited is seeking a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Sr Analyst in Bentonville, AR. The role centers on building retailer partnerships to optimize inventory, reporting, and joint business planning.

You will own replenishment reporting and lead S&OP processes with data-driven insights. You will develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stock performance, and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CPFR, supply chain or replenishment for CPG/toys.
• Strong experience with major retailers (club, grocery, etc.).
• Analytical and reporting skills with Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.
• Lead S&OP, managing demand and supply planning cycles and communicating risks and mitigations.
• Own custom reporting for replenishment managers, delivering actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stock health, inventory, and sell-through.
