Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in CPFR/E-commerce planning or related analytical role.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to enable collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans.
• Evaluate performance of retail/e-commerce accounts and implement corrective actions.
• Develop CPFR reports and dashboards for internal and partner insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain for alignment.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory management.
• Provide regular performance insights to senior management.
• Lead monthly Demand Review meetings and contribute to SIOP discussions.
