Responsibilities

Administers and enforces County land use regulations and policies.
Reviews development applications, subdivisions, and land use proposals for compliance.
Prepares reports, findings, and recommendations for the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.
Provides administrative support to the Planning Commission, including meeting preparation and recordkeeping.
Coordinates with local, state, and federal agencies on regulatory and compliance matters.
Serves as the County’s ADA Compliance Coordinator, ensuring accessibility requirements.
Manages the daily operations of the Planning Office and prepares department budgets.
Interacts with the public, developers, and stakeholders regarding planning processes and regulations.
