Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience including 5+ years as an executive in local government or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Colorado governmental structures, statutes, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with the BOCC.
• Interprets and implements BOCC policy directions and priorities.
• Manages day-to-day county administration and people processes.
• Prepares BOCC meeting materials and agendas.
• Collaborates with departments on budget and resources.
