Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, General Business Management, or related field or have completed within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing activities by assisting with supplier pricing, material procurement, and order coordination.
• Monitor purchase orders, resolve routine discrepancies, and work with internal teams and suppliers to support timely delivery.
• Contribute to supplier management and procurement processes while following company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with submitting RFQs to suppliers to develop pricing.
• Assist material, equipment, supplies, services, and commodity products procurement of varying value and volume.
• Assist negotiate price, delivery and quality of products/services and determine supplier selections.
• Interface with receiving and accounting to resolve issues and track purchase orders.
