Qualifications

J.D. and US bar admission required.
6+ years of legal experience in technology, digital products, regulatory matters or related areas.
Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate complex issues into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

Advise on legal issues shaping digital experiences, including UX, APIs and emerging tech.
Draft, negotiate and review NDAs and contracts for digital products and third-party relations.
Provide thought leadership and training on digital, design and internet law topics.
Collaborate across legal, product, design, technology, marketing and controls teams.
