Job summary

V2X is seeking a Program Cost/Schedule Control Analyst I to set up and manage cost control systems on contracts, ensuring adherence to defined parameters.

The role involves budgeting, funding profiles, variance analyses, and schedule development, plus risk assessments to mitigate costs and delays across programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 0–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with government cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and distill large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of interdependencies of financial accounts and cost drivers.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; MS PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a cost control system for contracts.
• Monitor costs and schedules to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare budgets, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Develop program plans capturing requirements and statements of work.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments to mitigate costs and delays.
• Maintain funding records and submit expenditure projections.
