Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector seeks a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst - Finance, Level 2, stationed at Hill Air Force Base near Clearfield, UT. The role is 100% onsite, with responsibility for cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting across contracts requiring validated cost/schedule control systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and familiar with EVM; DoD/space/defense exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2+ years of professional work experience, or a Master’s Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial or accounting roles.
• Experience with SAP, Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Oracle Primavera is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems.
• Prepare budgets and schedules and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Develop program plans to ensure requirements and statements of work are captured and scheduled.
• Monitor funding availability and maintain expenditure records; project expenditure projections.
• Incorporate contractual changes into control systems and maintain realistic baselines.
• Perform monthly financial reporting/forecasting and quarterly EACs; improve reporting processes.
