Job summary

Mace is seeking a Cost Consultant in Denver to support feasibility studies, procurement strategies and cost planning for complex projects. You will lead cost estimation, budgeting and reporting to ensure financial targets are met.

You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams, applying value management, contract administration and procurement best practices to deliver efficient, low-risk outcomes. Hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS or cost management required or equivalent.
• MRICS/RICS membership or working toward it preferred.
• Proven experience in cost consultancy and cost planning.

Responsibilities

• Conducts feasibility studies, advising on procurement strategies and contract selection.
• Appplies value management techniques at project outset.
• Manages cost planning and presents final cost plan.
• Assists in procurement and selection of main contractor.
• Prepares contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses.
