Foxconn is seeking a Cost Management Lead to oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; lead the PBU CM team, manage inventory and fixed assets, and drive cost optimization across the organization.

In this role you will work with senior management to develop financial strategies, provide timely month-end close, variance analyses, and performance insights to support strategic decisions. A strong background in SAP and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Big Four experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Refine cost-related transactions and ensure alignment with HQ procedures.
• Manage inventory and fixed assets, perform counts, ensure record accuracy.
• Oversee month-end closing and deliver timely financial reports and variance analyses.
• Lead the CM team with coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with leadership to set targets and support cost optimization initiatives.
