Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1 year of estimating/project coordination experience.
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and cost data.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and documents to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Prepare bid worksheets, material take-offs, labor calculations, and proposals.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather pricing and clarify scope.
• Maintain historical cost data and cost data organization for estimates.
• Support bidding decisions through cost analysis and estimating processes.
• Assist with proposal coordination and bid preparation activities.
• Coordinate with project scheduling and tracking activities.
