Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in El Segundo, CA, seeks Cost Control Analysts (Level 2 or 3) to join a cost & schedule team. The role involves supporting budgets, ETC/EAC, and financial analyses to meet program requirements.

Level 2 requires a bachelor’s with 2 years of experience or a Master’s; Level 3 requires more experience and earns EVMS exposure. Security clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional/military experience or a Master's degree for Level 2.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional/military experience or a Master's degree and 3 years for Level 3.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance in a reasonable time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Program Access in a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques; work under general supervision to complete assignments.
• Support development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration; support budgets and ETC/EAC; perform financial performance analyses and visibility reporting.
