Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in El Segundo, CA seeks Cost Control Analysts (Level 2 or 3) to join the cost & schedule team and provide financial support to programs.

You will develop budgets, analyze variances, and help maintain cost/schedule integration, including ETC/EAC, baselines, and performance reporting. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher with professional/military experience.
• Masters degree preferred for Level 3 with relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial support and analysis.
• Analyze variances/trends and improve methods; maintain cost/schedule integration.
• Support budget baselines and preparation of budgets, ETC/EAC, and performance reporting.
