Barry-Wehmiller BW Converting seeks a Cost Analyst - Supply Chain Optimization to analyze and improve cost structures across the supply chain. You will partner with procurement, operations, and finance to identify savings, improve margins, and support data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytics, financial acumen, and ability to translate data into actionable insights, with 25% travel to manufacturing sites. Bachelor’s degree and 3–7+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or supply chain finance.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product cost structures, including raw materials, labor and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain costing tools to ensure cost and pricing integrity.
• Prepare regular cost reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement to evaluate supplier pricing, contracts, and sourcing strategies.
• Participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) with cost insights and financial impact assessments.
• Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across end-to-end supply chain.
