BW Converting is seeking a Cost Analyst – Supply Chain Optimization to analyze and improve cost structures across the supply chain. You will collaborate with procurement, operations and finance to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance margin performance, and support data-driven decision‑making.

The role requires strong analytical skills and financial acumen. You’ll develop dashboards, maintain cost databases, and use data analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of cost analysis or supply chain finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze product cost structures including raw materials, labor and manufacturing.
• Develop costing tools to ensure cost and pricing integrity.
• Monitor cost performance and identify drivers of cost fluctuations.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations on sourcing strategies.
