Job summary

You will develop cost models, perform variance and inventory analyses, and produce dashboards for leadership. The position requires manufacturing costing experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years variance analysis in cost and margin analysis.
• Manufacturing costing experience.
• 2+ years reconciliations for inventory and cost accounts.
• Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• ERP systems experience (Oracle/NetSuite).
• Understanding of standard costing principles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and operational costs to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop and refine costing structures and models.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct inventory, cost accounts, and margin reconciliations.
• Support inventory valuation and standard costing processes.
• Analyze inventory and margin trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports/dashboards summarizing cost, margin, and inventory performance.
• Extract and analyze cost data using ERP systems; support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operations/supply chain to identify cost drivers and improvements.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
