Job summary

MicroSurgical Technology, part of Halma PLC, in Redmond, WA, seeks a Corporate Cost Accounting Manager to lead enterprise-wide cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and leadership to improve cost transparency and decision support.

Responsibilities include standard costing, GAAP-compliant inventory controls, monthly close activities, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 6–8+ years of progressive cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/data analysis.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Oversee standard costing and costing policies across entities.
• Manage external and internal audits related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Prepare cost and margin reporting for leadership and FP&A.
• Maintain internal controls over inventory, COGS, and manufacturing costs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive cost improvement.
