Job summary

Clear Align is seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst to provide accurate cost data for manufacturing operations and financial decision-making. You will manage product and job costing, inventory valuation, COGS reporting, standard costing, and variance analysis, partnering with Operations to improve margins and performance.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will strengthen ERP costing, maintain master data, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc cost analyses for the CFO and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of dedicated cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP modules (inventory, BOMs, labor/routings, costing).
• Advanced Excel and large data analysis with ability to translate results into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and job costing, inventory valuation, COGS reporting, and standard costing.
• Perform labor and material analysis, cost allocations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain ERP costing and manufacturing master data for accuracy.
• Prepare recurring cost, margin, and variance reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations to connect financial results to manufacturing activity.
