MicroSurgical Technology in Redmond, WA seeks a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee enterprise-wide accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. You will partner with business units, operations, and executive leadership to support performance and strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Controller and requires leading close processes, consolidations, and audits while driving process improvements across ERP and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 6–10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial close, and balance sheet management.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly and semi-annual close processes with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policies.
• Support forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
