Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations in Mesa, AZ seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting and manufacturing finance across our North American operations, including product costing, inventory accounting, and fixed asset oversight.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate costs, analyze performance, support pricing, and strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
• At least 7+ years in manufacturing finance with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own standard costing systems for connector assemblies, cable assemblies, solar junction box assemblies, and related products.
• Lead annual standard cost roll activities and cost updates.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and variances and identify drivers and corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to assess financial impact of design changes and process improvements.
• Support product profitability analysis and pricing decisions through cost modeling.
• Ensure accurate cost capitalization and inventory valuation in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
